Nanny
Jet-setting parents in Central Austin, just north of UT and downtown, are looking for a FULL-TIME NANNY for their 2.5-year-old girl and baby on the way (due in early October).
The ideal candidate is a true career nanny who is care-focused, hands-on, and knowledgeable of developmental milestones. Must have the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally with very short notice for up to two weeks at a time. Perfect position for the spontaneous travel lover who can fly by the seat of their pants!
While in Austin, the family is looking for some flexibility but the schedule will roughly follow this: Monday 9-5, Tuesday 3-9, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 3-9, Friday 9-5. While traveling, the schedule will fluctuate. Flexibility is key for this position! They have a home in Park City that they plan to visit for extended stays and would love someone who is willing to stay for longer periods (a month). They are willing to offer a few flights home and back!
Their eldest child is currently in school Tuesdays and Thursdays and may be in school on more of a full-time basis in the near future. The baby will have a newborn care specialist providing overnight care for the first 4+ months of its life. Duties in addition to complete childcare include home organization, packing and unpacking for trips, ordering and organizing groceries, dry cleaning, laundry, and managing the child’s schedule. Pay is $25-35/hour. Benefits include paid sick days and pre-confirmed holidays. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
