The ideal candidate is enrolled or completed course work in in child and adolescence or early childhood education.
The intern will assist the Lead Teacher with the following:
· Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
· Advancing children’s physical and intellectual competence.
Supporting each child’s social and emotional development and providing positive guidance.
· Establishing positive and effective family relations.
· Ensuring an effective program, responsive to children’s needs.
· Maintaining professional commitment.
