We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our O’hana at our Lahaina location.

Our associates have the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with others. With a drive to succeed, they are the heart of our success.


Responsibilities

Greet Customers in a welcoming manner

Assess customers needs and wants

Respond to customer questions

Provide excellent customer service

Cross-sell and up-sell products

Ensure products are displayed in a presentable manner

Use POS to conduct transactions

Follow opening and closing procedures

Go the extra mile to drive sales

Light Cleaning


Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in Retail

Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills

Punctuality

Familiarity with POS system a plus

Friendly, approachable personality

Dependability

Computer Skills a plus

Must be able to work independently
