Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum for preschool students.
• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and development, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan school-wide events and activities.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children, adhering to all school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• CDA (Child Development Associate) certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and creative in engaging with young children.
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
