We are a floatation wellness studio in Santa Monica offering many other beneficial modalities. Our company is rooted in four primary lines of business: hospitality, in-studio wellness services, events, and retail.

We're in search of a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individual to contribute to all aspects of our guest’s experience.

**This position includes Fridays and Saturdays plus 1 or 2 other days!! Opportunity to cover other shifts as needed.

1. Desire to work in a Float/Wellness studio
2. Deliver first class hospitality to clients at all times by greeting, assisting, and checking in customers; responding to inquiries in-person, on the phone, and via e-mail; and working quickly and efficiently in the company's business
3. Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing credit card and credit/gift card transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets
4. Understanding cleaning is a part of the job, and everyone does it!
5. Ensure that all rooms are clean and stocked for flow of in-coming and out-going Guests
6. Uphold excellent boundaries able to enter the workspace leaving personal issues at home
7. Actively promote the studio, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, special events, promotions and/or discounts available
8. Assist studio management with daily studio tasks and other projects as necessary
9. Maintain and provide complete knowledge of:
a. Hours of operation and activities
b. All studio services and products
c. Special Events
10. Utilize studio computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed
11. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
12. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
