Pavement Maintenance company is looking for an individual to measure, estimate, and sell commercial and residential asphalt, sealcoating, crack sealing, and line striping jobs. We are willing to train the right candidate for the job. Must be able to manage and control operations within your area of responsibility and support our manager in the pursuance of company aims and objectives.

This includes:
• Respond to leads generated by marketing program.
• Generate leads by visiting potential clients.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Managing and facilitating crew and effectively coordinating, communicating between manager, office, crew and customers.
• Monitoring and maintaining regulations, standards and best practice on all jobs.
• Carry out active monitoring and review of site and operational management performance on job site.
• Maintain industry knowledge and ability to educate the customer.
• Attend networking meetings.

Key Requirements
• Full time or part time
• Valid Driver’s License.
• The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, well organized, with good communication skills.
