We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team and help provide our clients with the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine and enjoy working with seniors. This is a part-time position located at client homes, so the successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable working independently and able to multi-task during the workday.
Responsibilities:
Provide support, information, and appropriate interventions to patients in order to promote optimal physical, mental, and social well-being.
Perform physical assessments on patients who have been referred or self-referred to determine appropriate treatments.
Conduct independent research, literature reviews, and outcome analysis in order to build evidence for the clinical effectiveness of physical therapy interventions.
Create and present treatment plans, protocols, and exercise regimes for patients.
Provide self-care recommendations to patients in order to improve their level of independence and quality of life.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem
Salary: From $65.00 per hour
