Firehole Ranch is a premier fly-fishing lodge located in the Greater Yellowstone area offering incomparable access to world-class fly-fishing waters, gourmet western cuisine, historic lodge and private guest cabins. The Ranch has been family owned and run for 23 years. It is open 16 weeks of the year and caters to 20 guests per week, offering personal detail-oriented service. We are enthusiastic about sharing Montana, our Ranch and all we have to offer with guests and staff.

Firehole Ranch is looking for team members who are hardworking, possess strong attention to detail, have a positive attitude, enjoy the satisfaction for great guest service, are self-motivated and want an adventure! We are a small team of 23 staff who work hard and play hard, taking advantage of all the outdoor activities available to us in our time off.

Compensation:
• Salary: competitive compensation, depending on experience
• Tips: Pooled and distributed at end of season
