Installation Technician
Our growing service department is seeking an Installation Technician to become a part of our team!
Amcad Graphics provides quality digital printing and finishing solutions from Industry Leading Manufactures to a variety of customers in the digital printing space, advertising agencies, sign manufacturers, product manufacturers, exhibitor and textile/apparel spaces.
You will assist with the installation and support of machinery and equipment for the Print Industry.
Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana are the main regions our team serves.
Local travel (60/40) will be the main requirement as our Irving Demo Center also has frequent internal projects.
Core Responsibilities: Mimaki Service and Support
Installation Training of Flatbed and Roll-to-Roll Printing platforms.
Service Support for all supported platforms
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Track all equipment and supplies
Submit service reports weekly
Assist with presentation and demonstrations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in printing equipment service and support.
Experience in operations is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in English is required and Bi-lingual is preferred.
Requirements:
Familiarity with electrical/mechanical tools and equipment
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to drive to regional customer locations
Ability to fly when needed to customer locations
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
