Responsibilities (not limited):

Take phone calls, reply messages

Customer support/service while it is needed

Amazon, eBay, Walmart... listings maintain and update (such as pricing change, promotion…)

Company website maintain, update

Coordinate/follow-up with business partner/contractor if need

New features evaluation (such as Google Glopal..)

Create/update product documents and videos while necessary

Other platforms/mobile platform
Social Media account update (such as Facebook, Ins..etc)
Search manage re-sellers/influence/affiliate

Understand SEO is able to use google analytic

Bilingual: English and Mandarin

Responsible Team player

Efficient worker

Good communication skill in writing speaking

Experience on Amazon, eBay selling is a plus

Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
