Centered Care is a leading provider of nursing care in the home for individuals with traumatic injury, neuromuscular conditions, and other medical needs. We have great support for our nurses including having a nursing supervisor 24/7, providing resources and more.

We are currently seeking 2 * F/T NIGHT Shift (7p-7a) and 2 FT DAY Shift (7a-7p) *CNA's or HHA's with good critical thinking skills for a case in Haslett. The care plan includes medication management, physical therapy, personal care, and the possibility of transportation to medical and social appointments. This case will have 24/7 nursing and aides. There will be a nurse and aide on shift together at all times.

Pay for this case is $14 for a HHA or CNA
