NEW CLASSIC RESTORATION LLC is a high-end residential and commercial General Contractor company located in Yonkers, NY with projects over Manhattan & Westchester area.

Summary of Position

Spanish is a must -

Responsible for maintaining project goals, schedule, and overall quality of the project.
Manages and mentors on-site field Associates and supervises the work of subcontractors.
Ensures project compliance with all building codes and governing authorities’ requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Assist final project schedule and assist with providing qualified trades for the bidding process.
Aids in compilation of and review all subcontractor scopes.
Maintains daily status and safety reports on project for supervisory review.
Directly supervises the activities of the Subs, Field carpenters, and general labor.
Creates and manages RFI’s.
Monitors execution of punch lists & quality control.
Ensures project photos are regularly taken.
Provides construction status at OAC meetings.
Reviews and approves subcontractors' and suppliers' pay requests.
Manages construction administrative functions on the project.
Oversees project close-out including finalizing as-builts and collecting close-out documents.
Resolve questions from the team members about specs and schedule based on project's blueprints
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
