Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Chapel Hill, North Carolina has immediate openings for professional, friendly, & motivated full and part time Pet Stylist/Pet Groomers with previous grooming experience to join our pack!
Our Store is in the upscale vibrant East 54 neighborhood of Chapel Hill, just one mile from the University of North Carolina Campus and three miles from downtown Chapel Hill. We are nestled between numerous shops, restaurants and hundreds of passionate dog owners residing in the on-site luxury apartments and condominiums that love pampering their Fur Babies!

Pay: $55,000 to $80,000

Pet Groomer Responsibilities & Duties
• Ability to perform a full range of grooming services.
• Including clipping, hand scissoring, medicated and general bathing and drying
• Parasite control baths, pedicures, and ear cleansing, as requested for each dog
• Utilizing techniques that vary depending on the type of hair, coat, breed, and owners’ requests.
• Energy and stamina to groom several dogs per day.
• General cleaning and maintenance of grooming and bathing rooms as well as related grooming equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to work closely and collaboratively with other team members and store owners.
Pet Groomer Qualifications & Skills
• 1-2 years of Pet Stylist/Dog Grooming Experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer-service mindset
• Familiarity with standard cuts
• Must love working with dogs.
• Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must maintain a clean and healthy salon environment.
• Background check/Drug Screen
• Saturday Rotations
