Clostra is currently recruiting and briefing individuals interested in becoming a Clostra
research participant. Currently, we are recruiting for the “Impact of Rapidly Developed
Immersive Environments on Human Subject Safety Awareness” study. We are looking for
male and female volunteers between the ages of 18-60 and with no prior experience in
professional risk identification in indoor workplace, urban, and/or rural environments.

Our research study is assessing various virtual environments for risk detection scenarios. We
will take what we learn from this and other related studies to develop immersive virtual
training programs adaptable to a variety of fields.

Participation in our study (whether you are in the control or experimental group) will
require approximately 2 hours of your time. A series of measurements will be conducted
before, during, and after the testing to assess the virtual environments.

Potential risks unique to participation in the study include symptoms of cyber sickness (eye
strain, headache, pallor, sweating, dryness of mouth, fullness of stomach, disorientation,
vertigo, ataxia, nausea and vomiting).

You will get approximately $20/hour for participation in the study.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you may schedule a time to come in and volunteer for the study at the following link: https://calendar.app.google/UVsPWLS2JCi8MmhM7

Please contact Allison Moczynski (---------, ------------) or Gregory
Thiele (---------, ------------) for questions, additional information, or to
volunteer for the study.
