NOTE: Candidates must be residents of San Joaquin or Stanislaus Counties.

We are offering an opportunity for a dedicated individual who is looking to enter the field of dog training, or someone wanting to broaden their skills in this area. We are an innovative animal rescue, aiming to develop cutting edge solutions to help all animals who find their way into rescue.

Qualifying candidate(s) will:

Provide in-home canine training, under the guidance of one of our master trainers
Assist in marketing and promoting animal under their care
Provide progress updates in a timely manner
This is a paid internship. Salary negotiable.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING:
--The position is a board and train arrangement at the candidate's residence, not at a facility. In other words, the dog would be living with you. If renting, landlord permission would be required.
--The maximum monthly stipend is about $400, and would be about 10-15 hours per week. Therefore, it is a part-time position. All expenses (food, equipment, etc.) covered by EOE.
--It would be helpful to know what animal(s) the candidate currently has, and whether they can be separated from the EOE dog.
