What you bring with you:
-American Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
-Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
-Must have valid High School Diploma or GED.
-Must successfully complete Wellness Center Lifeguard Swim and Rescue Test.
-Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
-Will be required to follow any current or future site COVID-19 vaccination policies including but not limited to proof of vaccination, weekly testing, etc.
Performance Goals:
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests:
-Act as a First Responder to all aquatic emergencies.
-Safety prevention of patrons.
-Observe and enforce all rules and regulations of the aquatic facility.
-Perform facility maintenance and cleaning responsibilities.
-Assist Aquatic Program Coordinator with establishing and recording goals and objective related to the business plan; analyze and track information.
-Projects and other duties as assigned.
