MISSION: Provide a quality treatments to improve and create independency on our patients by developing the strength and range of motion that our childrens need to move easily and effectively.
Qualification:
FL State Licensed as Physical Therapist
Pediatric and autism experience is preferred
Team worker
Must pass required background checks
Excellent communication with parents and team
Detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsabilities:
The Physical Therapy Assistant is a skilled technical worker who performs direct care activities under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist.
-Provide physical therapy treatments to patients according to treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
-Maintain daily records of treatments and document progress notes on patients as directed by the therapist.
-Write and close treatments note within 24-hour time frame.
-Assist with the care of the physical therapy department and equipment.
-Access continuing education opportunities appropriate to discipline and responsibilities in order to maintain clinical currency.
-Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
-Educate and provide excellent services and communication with parents and team members.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
