Insulation Helper
Job Summary
Crossfield is looking for an insulation install helper to help expand our growing insulation department. Must enjoy working with customers and other team members. Handle review of work scopes with salesperson and install crew. Provide job start set up including; laying drop clothes, site inspection, material/equipment checks, etc. Jobs may include, but are not limited to, insulation removal, air sealing, ventilation (may include roof/siding work), insulation install, minor electrical repairs, glass block window installation. Required Competencies:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Webster, NY office
Experience with two-part spray foam, dense pack cellulose and open blow cellulose is helpful
Attic air sealing and ventilation knowledge and experience a plus
Insulation removal techniques and process experience
BPI, NYSWADA, NYSERDA or other relevant certifications/background is recommended.
Friendly with a good work ethic and professional attitude
Pay rate and sign on bonus dependent on experience and availability.
