Job Summary:
compensation: $750-$2,000+ Weekly!
Responsibilities:
Marketing and lead generation for new prospects.
Meeting with vehicle owners to educate them on the repair process.
Inspecting hail damaged vehicles and completing contracts for repair.
Reserve rental cars and schedule vehicles for drop off/pick up.
Update customers throughout repair = reviews/referrals.
Dent Mechanic Group is seeking Part Time/Full Time service coordinators to begin working immediately. We are in search of hard working, self-motivated, energetic people who will assist vehicle owners with filing insurance claims and scheduling repairs. All of our employees are business minded people looking for team members with ambition. Our company is expanding rapidly and we are looking for prospects interested in being a part of a motivated team.
We are a locally owned and operated Paintless Dent Repair company located in Dallas with an A+ BBB rating and over 650 5 star reviews on Google . Leads are lightly provided and we do provide extensive sales training and a training manager is always available for follow up questions. It is our responsibility as service coordinators to use whatever methods necessary to find hail damaged vehicles and explain the benefits of having them fixed.
This is a largely commission-based job. Compensation is 10% with opportunity for increase and the average insurance check is $6,000 so the average pay per vehicle is $600 dollars at 10%. Pay cycle is weekly. There is also a weekly bonus for efforts made towards sales that ranges from $250-$500. We also award bonuses at our weekly sales meeting based on productivity every Friday.
