E-Commerce Listing Expert

We are hiring a full time E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to lead our digital team focusing on eBay and TikTok. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing storefront capabilities. They will execute marketplace best practices to optimize product listings and increase sales to ultimately drive revenue and organic traffic to the site. This role should have strong writing skills and have an eye for photographing product(s), handling customer service, pricing products, and working with the shipping department on fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing eBay marketplace

Overseeing TikTok marketplace

Completing listings daily including taking high-quality photos of product, and coming up with creative title and description for product, while optimizing keywords

Use marketplace SEO best practices to enhance performance and sales

Managing product listings

Managing inventory across online platforms

Market research

Admin support for sales

Engage with buyers and respond to reviews

Analyze and create reports on marketplace sales insights and trends

Creating product descriptions

Skills:

Ebay and TikTok analytics Knowledge Encouraged

Microsoft Office Skills Encouraged
