Shop Supervisor
Hattie Jane's Creamery in Franklin is looking for a Shop Supervisor to open the shop 3-5 days a week (according to your availability). Days and hours are flexible. This job is ideal for a college student working around classes, a young adult looking to build leadership skills, or a parent working around school schedules.
Hattie Jane's is a local, independent company based in Columbia, Tenn. where we make our dairy ice cream from scratch using Tennessee milk and our plant-based ice creams from coconut cream. We have 4 scoop shops in the middle Tennessee area in Columbia, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and downtown Nashville in Assembly Food Hall.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hour + tips depending on retail or service experience. Our crew members average an additional $6-8 per hour in tips.
Position Summary:
This position’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening the shop to our company's standards
- Handling daily cash and bank drops
- Fulfilling guest orders by serving delicious ice cream and treats
- Prepping homemade items such as waffle cones and sauces
- Maintaining a pristine and safe work environment
- Ensuring each guest’s experience is exceptional
- Bring people joy and help build community
- Coaching and training Crew Members
- Schedule writing

Requirements Include:
- An engaging and welcoming disposition
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation
- The ability to report to work on time consistently
- The ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
