ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Teaching

o Be a role model for all teachers and always strive to develop the team
o Ensure lesson objectives adhere to Brighton Swim Academy procedures and methods as referenced in the Training Manual and during trainings
o Educate and enforce safety rules. Strive to prevent accidents, maintain discipline. Administer first aid in the event of injury.
o Complete all paperwork as it pertains to student records and progress reports
o Run daily shift meetings
o Assist in maintaining a clean and safe pool environment for clients, staff, and general public
o Teach three shifts per week or more if needed
o Smile and have fun

Facility: Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly pool maintenance in partnership with the owners. This includes but is not limited to water chemistry, equipment, chemicals and pool deck maintenance.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Able to problem solve quickly
- Must have a passion for the water and working with children
- Knowledge of general safety rules and precautions related to a swimming pool environment
- Must have professional demeanor and appearance
- Dependable motor vehicle transportation a must
