We are looking to add part-time cleaners to our growing team! If you live within 30 minutes of Highlands Ranch, are available to work 15-30 consistent hours per week between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm we encourage you to apply.
Nice & Neat Home Cleaning is a premium, eco-friendly home cleaning service based in Highlands Ranch, CO. We clean for busy families located in the southwest suburbs of Denver. Our small, close-knit team is made up of honest, good humans that have each other's backs. We show up with a positive, kind attitude and ready to put in the hustle.
The Perks
· Part-time weekday hours, that means no nights or weekends
· Competitive hourly pay + tips

The Role Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service at all times
· Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Nice & Neat Home Cleaning
· Participate in 1:1 meetings with your Manager
· Consistently model Nice & Neat Home Cleaning’s company values and mission
· Be positive and proactive in collaborating and finding solutions as issues arise
This is a HARD job that is not for everyone. If you don’t have the hustle and physical stamina to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift for up to 8 hours each day this is probably not the job for you. Because we work so hard every member of our team gets a self-care credit to be used on self-care of their choosing.
The Requirements & Expectations
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
· Must have your own smartphone with cellular data
· Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting
· Ability to take direction and deliver on follow through
· Superior attention to detail
· Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly
· Exhibit honesty and kindness and be willing to take feedback and improve every day!
· United States work authorization required
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, required
