Papa C Pies Job Posting – “Bakery Position and Dough Production
Responsibilities include:
Managing orders online sales, telephone, and walk-in.
Production of pies:
Pressing dough, filling pies, baking in oven
Cooking on an open flame gas range
Weighing ingredients to make products
Packaging items for sale.
Proper storage of ingredients.
Washing Utensils, bowls, pans, etc…
Operating various machinery (mixer, food processor, microwave).
Maintaining a clean work environment.
Packaging pies for shipping properly
Delivering excellent customer service
Skills:
Understand Food Safety and General Manufacturing Practices
Remain Calm in a fast-paced environment
Be Flexible, Resourceful, Problem Solving
Team spirit & Customer focused attitude
Flexible on shifts I.E. working additional hours during high seasonal holiday times
Requirements include:
High School diploma or the equivalency of.
Must clear a background check.
Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Must have transportation to work
Works well on a team.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to have fun in a fast-paced environment!
Comfortable with physically strenuous and repetitive tasks.
Ability to continuously stand or walk./ Ability to bend, squat, use a ladder and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
Basic knowledge of and adherence to health code practices.

Looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal Availability
Whether you can work for 4 hours or an 8 hour shift, we are interested in talking to you.
*Hours may vary and can include Saturdays on occasion. We are usually closed for holidays but work right up till the “Eve before.
