Ideate Design-Build is based in Vista, North County San Diego with architectural and general contracting projects in San Diego, Orange, Riverside and LA Counties. We hold licenses in both architecture and construction primarily providing construction defect services, property assessment and scope definitions, reconstruction, renovations, tenant improvements and other technical consulting services for multi-family communities and residential homes.

We are currently looking to grow our construction team and fill an open position for skilled labor in Orange County.

Minimum Requirements:
• Construction background, with a minimum experience of 5 years working in the California building industry
• Specialized skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, waterproofing, etc.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools of all types
• Ability to navigate and understand construction drawings
• Knowledgeable of safety codes and OSHA requirements
• Reliable transportation to drive to different jobsite locations
• Must have all standard trade tools to perform work
$30-40/hour- Compensation is based on skill level and experience.
