Primary Responsibilities
● Engage customers in a professional, friendly manner:
Greet the customer upon entering the store.
Stay up to date on current stock and sales.
Be an effective source of knowledge for customer’s needs.
● Possess a knowledge of inventory including item location with in the store
● It’s important to always be a step-up in customer service by being courteous.(i.e. Provide carriers or counter space for items in hand, check in with those continuing to browse.)
● Maintain the aesthetic of the store when able:
Adjusting furnishings for new and upcoming displays
Creative input and suggestions are welcomed
Maintain the store by keeping a clean and organized space ensuring all items are displayed in a gorgeous way.
● Keep a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with customers. You are selling beauty.
