We are looking for individuals who put children first! We will provide all the tools and training you need to thrive! Below are some of the duties/responsibilities of our instructors. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. • Instruct gymnastics classes. • Being able to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled teaching time to set up for classes. • Must be responsible and dependable. • Must be able to work afternoon/evenings (after school hours) and possibly Saturday mornings. • Moving and setting up equipment. • Spotting (lifting participants). • Responsible for handing out class information to students. • Responsible for class discipline protocol. • Documenting and reporting injuries of participants. • Must follow class lesson plans and rotation schedule. • Responsible for evaluating participants in the class program. • Pre-Employment screening is required: criminal background check.
