Project Drafter/ Assistant Landscape Designer-
Part-time position - "As Needed."
Must live within 15-20 miles of Long Beach, CA
Description:
Award-Winning Residential and Small Commercial Landscape Design, Construction Company based in Long Beach Area is seeking a motivated draftsman/assistant landscape designer. Should have a working knowledge of landscape construction. Must be reputable, driven to succeed, a good communicator, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Must live with in 15-20 miles of Long Beach, CA.
As the Project Drafter/ Assitant Landscape Designer, your responsibility is to assist the In-house Designer in developing project drawings and site plans in AutoCAD or another acceptable program. Seeking a team player who can also demonstrate strong independent skills and is physically able to handle being out in the field measuring and documenting the job site. Most days will be remote (working from home or at the jobsite). You will develop base site drawings which were taken from the measurements you have documented of the residential/ small commercial landscape projects. This person must demonstrate good technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $120.00 - $500.00 per day

* 4 hour shift

Education:

* Associate (Required)

Experience:

* Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
* AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
