You First by Grant Services grew out of the desire to establish an agency that provides quality vocational, recreational , and leisure opportunities for adults with various forms of developmental disabilities. The focus of You First is to assist our individuals with building jobs skills, self determination, and self-advocacy by providing positive recourses and person-centered services to the individuals we service. You First fully supports and encourages participation and inclusion in the community and believe that people should be defined by their own strengths and abilities, not by their disabilities.

Daily tasks include:
-providing support
-feeding
-going on outings into the community
-restroom support
-providing job support and teaching job skills
