$60,320/yr. ($5,000 increase after six months*)
THE HEAD INSTRUCTOR at Premier Martial Arts in Randolph is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can teach and, more importantly, inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:
Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction
Instruction of 5-7 High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “educating” classes daily
Customer Relations with the students and parents
Curriculum Testing of Students
Support Marketing Initiatives
Appointment Setting
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly task lists
Lead Events - Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out, Mass Intros
Qualifications:
Prior Martial Arts Experience
Black Belt Certificate preferred, but not mandatory
Organized-Self Starter
A “Service First” Mentality
Good Physical Fitness
Must enjoy teaching children
Willingness to travel upon hire and as-needed for professional development and training

Availability:
Must be available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
