Retail Stylist
Stella Dallas has an opportunity for a Retail Stylist to support our management team at our new store in Downtown Austin located in the 2nd Street Shopping District.
We have an opportunity for full-time or part-time and our store hours are listed below:
Monday: 10am-6pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm
Wednesday: 10am-6pm
Thursday: 10am-7pm
Friday: 10am-7pm
Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sunday: 12-5pm
We’re looking for someone who loves women’s fashion, enjoys styling, and has a desire to work in a specialty retail, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting sales by providing expert knowledge, superior service, styling & merchandising
-Building strong customer relationships with our new and loyal clients
-Researching and communicating upcoming trends with staff and management team
-Meeting daily and monthly sales goals
-Promoting our products and brands through event planning, social media, client communications, and by maintaining a dedicated client book
-Showing the ability to resolve staff and customer conflicts, working independently, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
-Maintaining a safe and organized store environment for staff and customers
-Promoting quality service by meeting visual standards and promoting a productive, organized and positive workplace
-Serving as a leader on our team and acting as liaison between managers, employees and customers
Requirements:
-A true commitment to excellent customer service
-Leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
**Candidates must have a very apparent interest in and aptitude for the fashion industry.**
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + commission potential
