BEHAVIOR THERAPIST / TECHNICIAN

Your Role at SARRC
Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team! Our Behavior Therapists spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Who You Are
Passionate about supporting individuals with autism (experience not required — we’ll pay for training and help you get certified!).
Strong collaborator and communicator who enjoys working with their peers to implement treatment plans.
Responds with flexibility and compassion when working with clients and families.
Open to learning, being curious and receiving feedback.
Comfortable with technology, data collection applications, using a computer/iPad and software programs.
Access to reliable transportation.

Full-time

Salary
Starting at $17 an hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus

Established in 1997 by two mothers of children with autism and their developmental pediatrician, SARRC is an internationally recognized nonprofit with a mission to advance research and provide a lifetime of support for individuals with autism and their families. As the state of Arizona’s largest nonprofit serving the autism community, SARRC conducts innovative research, provides evidence-based practices, disseminates effective training, and builds inclusive communities.
