Customer Service/Showroom Associate Position
Rebart Interiors, a leader in the Window Covering Industry has retail locations in Burlingame, San Carlos, Los Altos, and Menlo Park is looking to hire a highly motivated full time Customer Service/Showroom Associate to be the face of the company to meet and greet customers, giving them a tour of the gallery and to build our retail, trade and designer base business.
We are looking for a Customer Service/Showroom Representative for our Burlingame
and Menlo Park locations that will be in charge of showing potential walk in clients around showroom, giving detailed information about the products, quote pricing, and do a quote either manually or through the Direct Connect System, scheduling appointments for our sales department for an in home estimate and design consultation, taking phone calls, doing follow ups on all sales proposals; and also to maintain overall appearance of showroom (making sure all books are updated, and; sample displays are all working), collecting payments (logging all deposits checks/credit cards). Work duties are conducted from within the showroom or sales office.
Job Function
The candidate must be a team player, out-going personality with high energy, hardworking, eager to learn this business from Rebart Interiors staff and supplier representatives. Qualified candidates must be willing to work 40-45 hours weekly. Candidates must be able to verbally express our products and programs by phone, or in person as a new or existing account visit to our showroom. The candidate must have the ability to convey basic product and program information with confident and persuasive delivery in a customer-training environment.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have inside sales and or phone sales experience. We are willing to consider candidates with at least six months to one year of inside sales experience. The person should have an out-going personality. Need Strong Computer skills in word and excel experience.
Compensation
$18.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and optional Life Insurance.
