CatholicBrain is an online Catholic religious education platform used by over 1200 schools, parishes and families. CatholicBrain is seeking an upbeat, customer-focused, and analytical individual to join the CatholicBrain Membership Management team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of independent projects.
This position is for a Membership Specialist who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing customer base. This is a full-time position in our McKinney, Texas office with a hybrid work schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Perform tasks related to sales support such as handling inbound trial and small quote requests, answering inbound sales and product questions, providing pricing information, and logging customer communication in our CRM.
• Respond to membership questions and assist customers with account purchases, upgrades, renewals, and inquiries.
• Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to customers via email, phone and video conference.
• Upsell current members to a premium membership and other addons.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
• Support CatholicBrain parish, school and diocese accounts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s Degree (Not required but preferred)
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or Catholic educational organization. Any K-8 classroom experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into schools and parishes.
• Energetic, positive person who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Prior experience with phone systems and communication via email.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Exceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
