WE ARE HIRING!! Currently taking applications for all positions (Golf Shop, Grill/Snack Bar, Cart Barn, Youth Caddies and Course Maintenance Team). Full-time and Part-time positions available. We are getting ready to start training for our golf season!
We are a group of dedicated people that are turning an existing golf course (Tres Rios) into a club called Junior National. Our mission includes creating equity of opportunity for all juniors, to become the best version of themselves by providing complimentary access to golf and to mentors. Junior National will offer opportunities for youth of all walks of life to become a Junior National Member. Programming will be dedicated to leadership, growth, support, safety, and learning through golf.
Junior National is a facility open to the public and operates as a nonprofit 501c3. We are currently renovating the golf course and will be building a new clubhouse to provide the infrastructure for all our youth, mentors, and golfing public. As a public golf course, we will be running daily play, tournaments, league play, etc and have a high commitment to youth.
We are seeking highly motivated, self-disciplined professionals that are looking to grow as we grow. Our culture is based on professional development, the ability to truly be a part of an organization that will change kids' lives across the country, to achieve the perfect balance of making a difference while having a necessary work-life balance. Not only do we strive for helping youth become the best version of themselves, but we are also committed to helping our team with the same.
