Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) needed to work with individuals residing in their CILA homes. We are looking for compassionate professionals wanting to make a difference in their career. Responsibilities include overseeing a caseload of 12 to 15 individuals with I/DD in their home. Developing and executing Implementation Strategy Plan utilizing individuals desired outcomes. Supervise direct support staff working in the CILA home. Liaison between individual and other agencies as well as families and guardians. Applying and managing government entitlement programs.
