1. Develop relationships with General Contractors, window/door manufacturers and others

2. Perform take-offs for bids

3. Contact window manufacturer(s) to request quotes

4. Determine labor, equipment & other costs

5. Determine appropriate Qualifications/Inclusions/Exclusions to include in Proposal

6. Assemble and submit Proposal to GC(s)

7. Be aware and track price increases for different manufacturers

8. Track bid dates and ensure all required information/pricing is determined before bid

9. Follow up on old Proposals which can take 1year+ to come to fruition

10. Understand current Code requirements and potential pit-falls

Manage “Project Turnover” meeting from Pre-con to Operations
Track document changes (RFI’s, ASI’s, etc), and determine if/how they impact our scope. Alert team of changes and help develop COR’s, when required
Assist with Project Engineer duties if time requires/permits
