Despite the challenges presented by autism, each child can benefit, develop and reach maximum potential. Every family needs a supportive behavior technician who is providing loving and precise ABA treatment on a daily basis.

Positions are available at clients' homes between hours of 3-8 pm and on weekends.
Training coursework will be provided for those that do not have RBT certification.

Work is available in most NJ counties.

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

-Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA by following a behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as determined by the supervising BCBA.

-Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills treatment activities.

-Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches

-Collect accurate session data on a daily basis

- Complete billing documentation

- Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested



Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High School Diploma, GED

Experience with children with developmental delays and/or autism
