An excellent compensation package along with company vehicle, tools and ongoing training are provided. This is a Full-Time position. There will be the requirement for On-Call shifts that would require availability on weekends/holidays. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond in a timely manner to on site service calls for various client’s POS terminals and IT issues Installing and configuring hardware and software components Troubleshooting hardware and software problems Work with support reps while onsite to resolve issues Repairing or replacing damaged hardware, cabling as required Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware Offering information and support to users Maintaining relationships with our various clients and their employees Reporting, tracking, and emailing information during and after service calls completed Assisting on help desk with customer calls and inquiries Skills and Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication Ability to meet deadlines Time management skills Willingness to learn new processes and skills Ability to communicate technical concepts Discretion and confidentiality Understanding of computer networks and systems Organizational skills Valid driver’s license Ability to distinguish colors Work in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 70 lbs. 44 hours per week minimum Additional Information: Technology, Tools Provided, Own Vehicle an Asset, Access to Company Vehicle Available Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift COVID-19 considerations: Mandated COVID 19 Protocols apply Experience: IT and networking: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location
