Job Requirements:
Create shipping labels by using ShipWorks (will train)
Process orders from E-Commerce partners such as Wayfair, Overstock, Lowe's, Amazon, Houzz, eBay, etc.
Communicate with E-Commerce partners' customer care representatives
Answer phones, take orders from furniture stores and enter into QuickBooks
Liaise with salespeople and furniture stores
Good writing and communication skills
Customer relations experience
Higher pay for:
Web design and maintenance experience
Basic Software Knowledge:
QuickBooks
Excel, MS Word
Photoshop, Corel Draw is a plus

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
