SALES ASSOCIATE
Entry-Level Associate
Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, digitally proficient, responsive individual to join our Institutional Sales Team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in sales and marketing preferably of a financial product(s). Great interpersonal skills and a sales acumen. Strong phone presence and ability to take on several tasks supporting the senior sales staff. Experience in financial services preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
· Sales Support for team which is located in several cities, country-wide
· Strategize and create business development campaigns to prospects for sales team
· Work closely with Managing Director of team to streamline CRM and create efficiencies where they might be lacking
· Create new email campaigns on a monthly basis, working closely with marketing team
· Manage monthly and quarterly data into performance websites where we populate our results
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in economics/finance preferred
· Sales related experience, in financial services preferred (internship)
· Experience with basic email platforms
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task effectively and deal with changing priorities
· FINRA Series 65 will be required to take upon hiring
