Qualifications:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred. Prior Traffic Control Experience Preferred, but will train. Active and Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history. MUST PASS A DRUG TEST. Comfortable standing 8-12 hours per day. The ability to lift 50lbs. Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties and Functions:
Must strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures. Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on SAFETY throughout all job functions. Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices. Set up lane and removing lane closures. Follow direction and expectations for each specific project or job site. Responsible for various flagging duties on construction and projects properly directing traffic in work zones. Demonstrate initiative by evaluating situations, making decisions based on facts and solid judgments. Act in a manner that represents Eagle Barricade while reflecting the company's values and principles.
Pay varies on Experience and Certifications.
