The Patchwork School is an innovative non-profit organization located in Louisville, Colorado, modeling and promoting children’s rights to an educational environment offering both meaningful curriculum as well as an integrated social emotional learning approach. We offer daytime programs for Early Childhood (ages 1–8), and after school programs for K-5.
We are looking for two new teachers starting in August with chances for training and subbing before then. We offer flexible scheduling for families and teachers, so the position could be either full or part-time, depending on needs and fit. We believe that staff well-being is of utmost importance and offer vacation pay, consent-based decision-making, and sick time. Our ideal candidate would be passionate about working with children, excited about emergent curriculum development, and open to learning about our social emotional learning approach.
