The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in the delivery of educational programs and services through:

• Training faculty and staff
• Managing faculty and staff
• Monitoring and maintaining curricula
• Managing the delivery of educational services
• Overseeing and monitoring student performance

The Associate Dean must have a minimum of a Master's Degree with academic experience. Experience with student retention and faculty oversight is a plus. Must have strong computer and communication skill sand be detail oriented. Teaching experience is preferred.
