Type - Contract (6 Months)

Pay Rate – $32.74 Per Hour (W2 Only)

What We Do/Project

The main function of communications coordinator is to provide high-level marketing administrative support by developing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns that align to the organization’s brand identity.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

  • Implements marketing and communications campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Ensures all promotional materials comply to company’s brand and standards.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Conducts research on competitors.
  • Assist in developing communications strategy.
  • Manage promotional events and campaigns.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

  1. Experience exercising initiative and delivering solution-oriented results
  2. 1+ years; Ability to be persistent and articulate in all forms of communication.
  3. Adaptability to Technologies
  4. 1+ years; Ability to learn new and existing software skills (not heavily technical) quickly. Experience or familiarity with AirTable and CoPilot.
  5. Data-driven mindset and ability to set protocols and template in place for proficiency.
  6. Experience with Excel. Ability to set Standard Operating Procedures.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

  1. Customer Service experience (fast-paced environments within Customer Service could be beneficial).
  2. Not from a Media and Entertainment background.

Soft Skills:

  1. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  3. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  4. Ability to lift to 50lbs.

Technology Requirements:

  1. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education / Certifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
