We’re hiring experienced CNC professionals for immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift in Livermore, CA. Roles are available across Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, CNC Lathes, and Mill-Turn Lathes.

Compensation varies with your skill level, years of experience, and the range of equipment you can set up and operate. Note: We do not have programming positions open at this time, though programming knowledge is a plus.

• Make a measurable impact on part quality and on-time delivery.
• Work across multiple platforms—milling, turning, and mill-turn—for variety and growth.

• Selecting and mounting fixtures, attachments, and tooling to meet spec before cutting.
• Coordinating with engineers and supervisors to align plans; proposing design tweaks when needed.
• Adjusting speeds, feeds, tooling, and cutting strategies to meet precision requirements.
• Monitoring the cut; making in-process corrections to prevent defects.
• Managing machine temperatures with proper warm-up and cool-down; replacing coolant on schedule.
• Reading and interpreting cutting plans; loading and adjusting them at the machine control to correct errors.
• Conducting final part inspections for accuracy and consistency to maintain quality standards.
• Performing daily/weekly/monthly maintenance: lubrication, cleaning, and tool changes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation.
• Competence with hand tools and machine upkeep.
• Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and software interpretation.

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to precision and quality standards.
• Ability to understand G-code.
