At OWM Integrative Wellness, we redefine healing through advanced medical innovation and compassionate care. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team, primarily supporting our IV Infusion Therapy Department while also assisting with a wide range of specialized wellness treatments.

In this role, the CNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA will ensure that patients are comfortable, supported, and closely monitored throughout their wellness treatments. This role includes a blend of traditional CNA responsibilities and unique support for infusion therapy, hyperbaric treatments, thermal therapies, and other advanced healing modalities.

• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and body weight

• Conduct InBody composition analysis and RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) breath testing

• Assist nurses with monitoring and supporting IV infusions

• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Assist with charging and documentation of treatments in the EMR (Cerbo)

• Support timely patient flow and coordinate with nursing for treatment room readiness

• Accurately enter service charges for therapies provided under direction

• Prepare and assist with topical treatments, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy

• Apply compression sleeves (Normatec) and place VR goggles for relaxation therapy

• Sit with patients during hyperthermia sauna sessions and radiofrequency treatments, providing comfort and oversight

• Accompany and assist patients during Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

• Escort patients to and from treatment rooms, ensuring a welcoming and safe experience

• Assist with positioning, transferring, and mobility needs during or after treatments

• Maintain cleanliness and order in treatment rooms, including turnover and stocking of supplies

• Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their sessions

• Document notes in EMR as directed

• Upload and organize scanned records, consents, and testing data

• Monitor supply inventory and communicate restocking needs to leadership

• Participate in team huddles, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (New York State)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Prior experience in a clinical, IV therapy, or wellness setting is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment
