Our Media & Entertainment related client is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise technology products that improve productivity across the organization.
The Lead Product Manager will own products from vision through launch and ongoing enhancement, working closely with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, high-impact solutions while providing leadership within a SAFe Agile environment, helping define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own products throughout the entire lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes, customer needs, and operational workflows.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered products.
- Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
- Serve as a Product Owner and Feature Owner, actively participating in PI Planning, PO Syncs, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Gather customer feedback, conduct user research, and use data to validate product decisions and measure success.
- Collaborate with Product Management peers to ensure alignment across products and initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Service Delivery teams to ensure products meet business and compliance requirements.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives supporting CAA's continued business growth.
- Mentor and lead Product Managers as the team expands.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience leading digital products across the full product lifecycle.
- 4+ years working in SAFe Agile and Scrum environments.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner and/or Feature Owner within an Agile Release Train.
- Proven success developing product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and UX teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer insights and data to drive product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools or similar browser debugging tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a strong understanding of security and data privacy best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Sports, Media, or Entertainment
- Previous people leadership or mentoring experience.
- Experience building enterprise applications supporting corporate business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, or Legal.
