• Lead the sales floor during high-volume shifts
• Support and coach team members
• Provide cannabis product recommendations and exceptional customer service
• Assist with cash handling and daily store operations
• Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
• Budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
• Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21+ and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requirements

• High-volume cannabis dispensary
