Project Coordinator (Marketing)

Salary: $25-$35/hr

Schedule: 30-40 hrs a week (open to flexible schedules)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to keep multiple marketing projects on track. This role is focused on coordination, follow-up, and ensuring everything moves forward across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.

No marketing experience required—this is about organization, execution, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal team members
• Keep marketing projects (digital, creative, social, print) organized and moving
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up consistently to ensure completion of tasks
• Organize files, assets, and project documentation
• Support email campaigns, reporting, and general marketing operations
